DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE OF £10 IS REQUIRED FOR ALL BEAUTY TREATMENTS TO SECURE YOUR SPACE. IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE, YOUR BOOKING FEE CAN BE TRANSFERRED ONCE. AFTER THIS, A NEW BOOKING FEE WILL BE REQUIRED & THE CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY IF LESS THAN 48HRS NOTICE IS GIVEN.
FOR MAKEUP ONLY, A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE OF 20% IS REQUIRED. WHERE THE TOTAL EXCEEDS £300, A MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN CAN BE DISCUSSED. THE FINAL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT.
CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL INCUR A FEE OF 50% OF THE TREATMENT TOTAL.
no shows
if you do not show to your appointment, you will be required to pay for the appointment in full.
refunds
under no circumstances will refunds be issued. please bear in mind that i am using my time & quality products to complete your treatment.
should you have an issue following treatment, a free fix will be offered within 48 hours of your original appointment date.
after this 48 hour period, repair charges will apply.
parking
there is on road parking outside my studio. any persons parking here do so at their own risk. sj beauty is not in any way responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any vehicle or its contents.
treatments & patch testing
for any makeup appointments, please come with no makeup on & fresh, clean skin.
for any lash or brow treatments, please come with no eye makeup on - this can affect the outcome. patch tests are also required & will be carried out at my studio. no exceptions.
ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ALONE - NO PLUS ONES WILL BE PERMITTED. DUE TO INSURANCE REASONS, I CANNOT ALLOW CHILDREN INTO MY STUDIO.
THERE IS A WHITE/GLASS DOOR LEADING STRAIGHT INTO MY STUDIO SO PLEASE COME STRAIGHT IN UNLESS I AM WITH A CLIENT.
IF YOU ARE RETURNING FOR LASH INFILLS, YOU MUST HAVE MORE THAN 50% OF LASHES LEFT TO QUALIFY. LESS THAN 50% WILL REQUIRE A SOAK OFF & NEW SET.
TRAVELLING TO APPOINTMENTS
ALL APPOINTMENTS, INCLUDING MAKEUP TRIALS, WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT MY STUDIO WITH THE EXCEPTION OF BRIDAL/PROM MAKEUP ON THE EVENT DAY. IF I AM TRAVELLING TO YOU ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF 0.30P PER MILE OUTSIDE A 10 MILE RADIUS FROM MY STUDIO. CAR PARK CHARGES WILL ALSO APPLY IF NECESSARY.
makeup trials
trials are recommended 3-5 months prior to your wedding or prom to ensure you are happy with look & that your event runs smoothly. payments for trials will be completed separately to you event payment plan. all weddings & proms include an initial free consultation.
